Eligibility window
The 30-day period starts on the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Return condition requirements
To receive a refund under this guarantee, the SQUID must be returned:
- Clean (drained/flushed, dry, and free of residue)
- In resalable condition (no damage, no missing parts, no heavy wear, no modifications)
- With all original components (hoses, fittings, accessories, manuals, inserts)
- In the original packaging (box and internal packing materials)
Returns that are missing packaging/parts, are dirty, damaged, modified, or not in resalable condition may be denied or may receive a reduced refund based on the condition of the returned item.
What’s refunded
- Refunded: the product purchase price paid at checkout (after discounts)
- Not refunded: original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and other non-product charges
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable (and insured) shipping method. You are responsible for the product until it is received by us.
How to start a return
Email support@squidwaterdoser.com with:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- A short note: “Return under 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee”
We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA may be refused.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@squidwaterdoser.com as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
