Start by deciding how much water you need for your feeding batch. Enter that number in litres on SQUID, hook it to your hose, and press start. Begin filling the barrel, add milk replacer according to the bag directions, and let SQUID shut off automatically at the exact same volume every time.
Using the same litre setting each feeding helps keep your milk replacer mix consistent, even when different people are on calf duty.
